REFUND POLICY

No Refund Policy

All payments made to BrandGlims are non-refundable once the project has started or services have been initiated.

Advance Payments

Advance payments are used for strategy development, resource allocation, creative planning, and setup work. Therefore, advance payments are not eligible for refunds.

Monthly Retainers

• Monthly retainers are billed in advance.
• Cancellation must be informed before the next billing cycle.
• No refunds will be issued for the current or previous billing period.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds, if any, will be considered solely at the discretion of BrandGlims and only in exceptional cases.

Third-Party Costs

Any costs paid to third-party platforms (advertising spend, software tools, influencers, media buying, etc.) are strictly non-refundable.

Chargebacks

Clients are encouraged to contact BrandGlims directly before initiating any chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination.
