Payments

• All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Monthly retainers must be cleared before the start of each billing cycle.
• Delayed payments may result in pause or suspension of services.
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information, content, and approvals on time
• Grant necessary access to social media accounts, ad platforms, and assets
• Review and approve creatives within the agreed timeline

BrandGlims is not responsible for delays caused by late approvals or missing information.

Intellectual Property

• All creatives, designs, and content remain the property of BrandGlims until full payment is received.
• Upon complete payment, usage rights are transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.
• BrandGlims reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

Advertising Platforms

BrandGlims does not guarantee specific results such as sales, leads, or reach, as performance depends on market conditions, audience behavior, and platform algorithms.

We are not responsible for any account bans, restrictions, or policy changes imposed by advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).

Termination

Either party may terminate services by providing written notice as per the agreed contract terms. Payments already made are non-refundable for work completed or in progress.

Limitation of Liability

BrandGlims shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
